This report, prepared by OMNI Institute (OMNI), provides an overview of block grant prevention activities during the 2022-23 fiscal year. OBHW has contracted with OMNI since 2014 to evaluate Virginia’s block grant activities and provide training and technical assistance (TA) to build evaluation capacity among Virginia’s prevention workforce.
