Prevention professionals across Virginia use the Strategic Prevention Framework, an outcome-based planning model, as the foundation of our commonwealth’s prevention system. OBHW worked together with OMNI Institute to gather data and stories of prevention work that was Block Grant funded between July 2021 and June 2022 that includes state and local needs assessment, capacity building, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
